Sir,
The Lights on plotforms at Bharatnagar MMTS Railway station are not glowing even at 7-30 PM and again the lights on the plotforms will glow till 10-30 AM .Yesterday 26–5-2008 when I entered in to the Rly station counter at Plot form No 1 to complaint at the counter clerk called one of the staff member and requested to on the lights after 10 Minutes with great difficulty the lights glow at 7-38 PM .Again today(27-05-0
at 9-45 AM the lights are glowing on the two plotforms. Again I went to the booking office to off the lights on the plotforms.The counter clerk as usualcalled some,some one called some one,after 5 Minutes the lights on the plotform were forced to off.
I request you kindly lookinto the issue and see that the lights are on & off at a point time depending on the seasons. I am writing this after observing so many days. as you know every body is busy in Hyderabad particularly in weekdays .
Hope to hear from you soon with necessary instructions to the staff working in Bharatnagar Railway station.
